the only happiness
I have left – is anger.
and now anger
is the only futting thing
that makes me happy.
bowflex you are all I got now.
forget everything else,
it just doesn’t futting matter.

Oh, Don. I think you need a change of scene, my friend. So sorry.
thanks for apologetic nature here. a change of scene may happen in the future. the heart will want it, but I don’t know if my bi-polar condition can warrant a change based on insurance. but it is a ways down the road.
I hope a change of some kind is coming your way soon. You have had more than your fair share of bad stuff lately.
the problem is it is going to take time resolve and i’m not in control of it.
That is true. Will send some positive energy your way, if that helps.
that would be good. this thing explains why I have been sketchy in regards to wordpress commenting and the like. some days i’m just to not into it.
Kind of hard to be into it, when your walls are crashing down around you.
Anger is another way to let out the frustration but it aint any way to solve the problems! I wish you happiness and hope you’re well!
With warm wishes & love,
-Naima.
Thanx niama and there isn’t much I can do to supplant the anger because I’m not in control of what is happening. But I hear ya girl. I’d take a hug though it could help ease me a tad.
It’s an interesting title, because it really shows the manic side of bi-polar, so I was thinking it might be a good title for a series that shows both states of bi-polar. But then I read it again, and I thought perhaps the title is about someone else that is bi-polar and that is what spurs the writer to anger in the body of the poem. I like the sparseness of the poem, because every line packs a punch.
thanx lora….if it is packing a punch, it is doing what I intended for it to do. as to bi-polar ya do have that right.
